Ashleigh is known for her personalized coaching style, which fosters deep self-awareness in her clients, empowering them to lead with confidence, authenticity, and strategic foresight. She engages leaders and teams to reach their highest potential while aligning organizational objectives, particularly in high-stakes environments.

She began her career as a clinician, dedicated to treating patients with severe heart and lung disease. Ashleigh then turned to general management, learning from experience the importance of fostering high performance team cultures. Now a consultant, her recent engagements include working on integrating a Fortune 10 company’s regional operations, overseeing finance and strategic partnerships in both for-profit and non-for-profit organizations, and leading strategic planning and organizational design in rapid growth markets.

Ashleigh holds a Master in Nursing Science degree and graduated at the top of her class in the Master of Medical Management program at the USC Marshall School of Business. A teacher at heart, Ashleigh has taught at the University of Arizona and the University of Southern California, delivering cutting edge coursework on leadership. She is co-author of the industry shaping articles “Wellness-Centered Leadership” (Academic Medicine, 2021) and “Well Leaders Lead Well” (Social Science Research Network, 2020).

 She lives with her husband, three children and two dogs in Orange County, California.
